i don't know about you, but in AZ and CA we call that's trespassing on private property after you were asked to leave by the owner/employee/manager because you are disrupting business

point is, your not going to win an argument vs a cop. if you want to argue law and ethics and whether or not a police offer handled a situation accordingly then take it to court and make your point in a court of law. if you wanna get your ass beat or arrested go argue and fight with riot police.
