Muslims do you think I should go home after I get my B.A. in Elementary Education

or stay in USA to get a seco? second B.A. degree?
OK I'm in a dilemma. I am currently studying for my A.S. in Early Childhood Education. My husband is going home to Middle East next summer (either to Bahrain if he gets a job in Damman or Al Khobar or Qatar if he gets a job in Qatar). I will be forced to stay in USA to get my B.A. in Elementary Education (K-8) as the school I Insha Allah will go to only allows USA residents in USA or one of the USA territories to study there, and it is the only university that will accept credits from the college I am attending right now for my A.S. in Early Childhood Education as the school I'm attending right now is not regionally accredited, only nationally. The B.A. Degree will take 2 1/2 years to finish. Now I am considering getting a second major in B.A. English as most schools overseas require an English Degree to teach English. This will be 4-5 years depending on how many credits are accepted and what college I go to. Which will mean 6 1/2 years of being separated from my husband. Now the English Degree depends on whether my husband gets a high paying salary or not. I'll be living with my grandparents for my B.A. degree in Elementary Education (K-8) and if I choose to stay here in USA for a second major in English I would still be living with my grandparents and commuting to school. I have no idea how long the TEFL Certificate is valid for.
TEFL=teaching English As A Foreign Language.
I'm an American citizen thank you very much. My husband is encouraging me to get my degree here (as it is worth more outside if you have a USA degree) and because he wants me to be able to take care of myself and our future children (insha Allah) if he dies.
My husband has another wife so I don't need to worry about him finding a 3rd.
