The reason the VE240 does not connect with Motorola Phone Tools (MPT) via Bluetooth is because it does not broadcast the Dial Up Networking (DUN) profile. This function enables MPT to connect to the VE240 via Bluetooth. This is not a mistake. Our customers requested this feature be removed from the phone.

* The United States (US) version of the VE240 does not sync with (MPT) via Bluetooth.

* The Latin American version of the VE240 does not sync with MPT via Bluetooth.

* Both the Unites States and Latin American versions of the VE240 does sync with MPT via USB.
