It's a nice movie. I never knew Hugh Grant has a good singing voice. I was really amazed, especially when I first saw the video of Way Back Into Love.

I love this movie.
It's so adorable.
I love how the movie progesses into "Way Back into love" coooool

Well, Drew has made some cute romantic comedies ... Never Been Kissed, Fever Pitch, Ever After, The Wedding Singer ... so I'm hoping that this one will be just as cute. However, she has made some duds, including Home Fries and 50 First Dates. I think that Hugh Grant has made some dumb movies, but I've always enjoyed him when he is doing a romantic comedy. I thought he was wonderful in Two Weeks Notice and Love Actually. So, hopefully, this movie will actually be a good romantic comedy since there are so few of them made these days.

My Aunt choose this movie for our girls day out last friday and I loved it. Hugh Grant singing and dancing was so funny.

This movie rocks.
Hugh Grant + tight pants= me very happy on a Friday night.

Hugh and Drew make a perfect couple. I can't see why anyone would ever hate this movie. Drew as the quirky plant lady and Hugh as the '80s has-been... it's weird how they are so totally different and end up together, like a usual romantic-comedy!

I agree about Drew Barrymore - she's so darned cute it would be hard to make a bad film with her in it, but I've seen them. Then again, I'd say the same about Hugh Grant, even when he's annoying me.

Oh, I so hope this isn't crap!

I can agree with the two who already saw it.

I saw it last Friday, and I fell in love. As soon as my room mates and I got back to our room, we downloaded the songs on iTunes because we couldn't stop singing them. And I still can't stop singing them. I found the sheet music to the songs, which means when I go home for spring break, I'm going to learn how to play them, haha. Cause I'm a dork.

This movie is absolutely ADORABLE, and I love it. Everyone should see it. It takes a lot to get me to laugh out loud (really, it does), but I laughed a lot at this movie. It's really wonderfully done, and they have great chemistry with one another. The fact that there were many references to Long Island, and they even go to our crappy theme park on LI (I live there when I'm not at school) made me love it even more. And the fact that it takes place in the city (NY) also made me love it more. I can't help it.

In case you didn't want to read all that I just wrote - Go see it. It's great.

Yes I like that song too, I liked how it was a music video when the movie started.

Same here! Find A Local Video Store says it will be released on May 8. That isn't long to wait at all!

I saw the trailer for this a couple weeks ago and thought it had a lot of potential. Drew Barrymore always does well with romantic comedies and I like Hugh Grant, so I think they could be great together.

i just watched this, last sunday with the fam and we absolutely luuuurve it!

its so funny to see Hugh shake his booty, again..(remember Love, Actually?) :rotfl:

 the songs, too...:sigh:

 That's perfect! Very fitting!

Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore are two of my favorites. For the most part, I think both do really well in romantic comedies. Let's say, they act in the kinds of romantic comedies I like. As shrrshrr said, I'm not into the straight romance cheese (ala Meg Ryan and many Julia Roberts vehicles). I like mine more realitistic and more fun.

Drew and Hugh both have played these characters before but not together and it worked out really well! The two have great chemistry.

Despite being a fan of those two, I think I had semi-low expectations (because of Home Fries, etc.). I really enjoyed this one. The flashes of Hugh's character's career in the 80s just killed me! Also, the current age of his fans and how giddy they were to see him perform. It was good and the cheesy songs just made the whole thing even better!
