I want to start my own small record label. I was thinking about doing a digital label, or online based record label. And promote my artists using guerrilla marketing through a street team. Pass out flyer's at colleges, barber shops, clubs/venues, basketball courts, shopping malls...etc. The problem is, I need at least 2 other people. One to handle the booking and another with promoting. Do you know where I should search to find like minded individuals?
