Looking for a phone that I can use with Cingular as a music player and run my GoodLink in a small form factor. Currently still use a Treo 650 cause it has everything I need except for music. I know there is a third party add-on so I can play music but I was hoping to get a new phone that might be a smaller form factor.

I recall earlier this year there was a phone that came out from Cingular that was small, ran GoodLink and had video playback (probably music too) but I don't recall who made it or the model and its not on the Cingular site anymore.

the new Samsung Blackjack does everything you need.

It has mp3 player, video player, etc. it has microSD slot, and you can get GOOD for it. Its right under the section "Get IM and Email"

and its small. Only 11mm thick!

Your right about the Blackjack... it is something I will look at since it is half the weight and about half as thick. My first impresions was it is still the just as tall and wide as the Treo and I wanted something thinner for my pocket at the gym. I might not be able to have my cake and eat it too.

That does look like a nice phone in china. But because it doesnt have the 850mhz band it is useless here, and he wanted GOOD push compatability, so that phone wouldnt work.

The phone I was thinking about is the Cingular 2125. Picking up one tomorrow and loading the Sirius client.
I did not initially plan to load Sirius, just wanted a music (mp3) phone but it looks like a great idea since I already subscribe.

Yea, the Cingular 2125 i have heard many good things about. But if you were considering that phone, I probebly would've got the newer - 3125.

I do typically like the flip phones over the candy bar phones but I liked the look of the older 2125 more. Plus the price is right.

True, True. The 2125 can be had for a very good price, since it is a little bit older.

and yes, I guess it is on your preference of what you prefer. The 3125 is basically the 2125 except a flip phone.

Good luck, and have fun with your new phone.

Thanks. Basically this is a a glorified music player that I can use at the gym (Sirius would be a bonus if it all works) and I can get my email while I am there. (I work out during lunch but need to keep an eye on my mailbox since I deal with folks in diffrent timezones).
