Music from bygone times until now .. opinions please?

So I only listen to old bands like Zeppelin, floyd, AC/DC, Metallica, Black Sabbath, Slayer and iron Maiden. But I don't have anything against new bands and I'm not one of those "GAWD music is sooo bad nowadays! I only listen to classics and I'm only x years old!". So, can you recommend any new bands that actually are talented and creative? I really don't like poser bands, intentionally depressing bands and indy. Other than that, I'm open! Thanks :p
 
You didn't mention Stone Temple Pilots or GNR, but I'm assuming you listen to those too. I'd recommend Santana or Sublime.
