Eerie stuff. I suggested a prior suggestion this week too and will stick to doing that. The album looks interested, I look forward to listening.
 
Ah alright. I did remeraber hearing them repeating, "soap kills, soap kills" in one of the songs and was curious about that...it all makes sense now. 0_0

The video you linked isn't too bad...Interesting to hear it again in that style. I love the spacey sounding bass part at the start of the Soap Kills version a LOT, but overall I think I might prefer the New Governments version.

Chocolate and Cheese by Ween

Ween is an alternate-rock ba.....two flatout weird guys from New Hope, Pennsylvania. Dean and Gene Ween have been recording music since the mid 80's covering everything from dance to punk to funk to country. Chocolate and Cheese is a perfect example of Ween's flexibility as a band.

well yeah for sure... we did state that not all participants must suggest an album, and vice versa.

It's just better if we get as many suggestions as possible.
 
Are you saying about the Album reviews section, as in having a new thread to every album there? Cause that would be reasonable, as instead of someone writing a review, we'll have the whole lot doing so.

I guess it's better to check with a mod though.
 
Yeah, I was giving the album a listen; considering that I have not heard the whole thing before, and it does not meet what I'm used to with Bikini. There is just not enough crazy feminist power in it for me.
 
Yeah I could, but I'd have to give it another run-through to refresh my memory...I'll plan to do that in the next few days. I could tell you which songs are 5/5 right off the bat though. I'm really curious what others will have to say about this album.
