Music Banter Song Contest

Do it! Overdubbing sounRAB great when you have a decent program. Personally I love being able to play rhythm on acoustic and lead/melody on electric.

PS TO EVERYONE: Last day will be Septeraber 13!!! So if your making a new one or first one, have it picked out and posted/pmed to me by then.

If you can put them on youtube, even if theres no video so that in the voting thread everyone can listen easily, and so i dont have to upload 10 songs myself.
 
Dammit let me get home before you pick a winner. I have a damn song idea. Not that it could beat Lateralus, hers is pretty awesome.

Noticed this thread a couple of hours ago so I quickly whipped up a little tune :D

I thought I'd try and use this vocoder program to make a kind of old-school cheesy and vulgar sounding robot song, but it didn't work so well. I was making up the lyrics on the spot as I was recording and it wasn't really timed very well, so it's near impossible to make out the worRAB. For that reason, I'm including the lyrics here :

While surfing on the forum
I came across a thread
It was writ by RezZ
And this is what it said

We're gonna have a contest
Everyone come along
So I got out my vocoder
And made this robot song​

I even managed to upload it to youtube!

Geeez, sorry for contributing then...

And plus, there's only been like... 3 or so entries so far. And then how about people also have to comment on WHY they picked the one that they did.
 
I have a track ready to submit, but after hearing tore's song it sounRAB a bit too similar to what he did, and very pale in comparison :(

Kate's song is pretty awesome too!! :D
