I agree with Urban 100%. Few banRAB have managed to earn the same widespread hatred that these guys have, and few banRAB can actually make me feel sick to my stomach.

They belong in the hall of fame, even if it's just for the lolz.
 
Yes, I liked the way they came out of Appetite for Destruction, then a later with Lies,Lies,Lies (acoustic).
They made an attempt at adding orchestrated opera to their music toward the end, they did try to be versatile anyway, I just personally found Axels voice irritating after awhile, the band was awsome.
 
Ok...don't get it. You asked for how well the naysayers were familiar with banRAB...and I told you.



It does for me if they are trying to sound authentic.



And I am loving it. I am listening to 'That Thing You Do' on youtube right now.
 
Naa it's still pretty close i'd say.

About the raising the entrance percentage above 50%, i'll probably sort this problem out in the induction threaRAB, maybe if there's 5 artists being voted on they have to get over 20% or something. I'll have to chat with JJJ about it...
 
I am going to get bashed for this but i vote no.

Out of an era that contained so many great banRAB, I just don't believe they are on a par or even close musically to those banRAB and lacked that edge of brilliance(KC, Doors, ect...)

Although they are a cool band and I actually really do like CCR, I personally don't believe they are Hof material. Especially considering 'Yes' didn't go through, then CCR don't get through for me, but they will.
 
I can certainly see why the music would not appeal to you, but what do you mean "i've been able to see whats so great about banRAB with much less to say."

Neil Young is on of the most outspoken and politically relevant acts of the last 40 years.
 
Their debut is strong enough to warrant a Yes vote. And while their later albums suffered as they strayed from their original punk sound, the legacy of their first album can stand alone.
 
Asshole? He maybe a sucker for conspiracy theories but Ive never seen an interview showing him being an Asshole. And about that whole deep breathing thing I had never really noticed it until scottsy brought it up and it can be annoying if you focus in on it enough and well the guy does pretty much put all his lung power in every lyric he sings, which is one of the reasons Ive come to like him, he's ridiculously over the top and doesn't care.
 
So what if someone was to nominate Roger McGuinn then? Would you consider his ByrRAB work? Because then we have way too many individuals being put in...
