Muse VS Radiohead

Its a difficult one. Live they are both amazing (i know Muse are from personal experience luckily). Muse get better and better with every album they release, its amazing what they've evolved into since Showbiz but unlike Radiohead I wouldn't say they have one major classic album, radiohead arguebly have two. Its Radiohead for me.
 
Alex STFU...its just that i actually had a thread that was going well...and then...you had to come and fill it with junk..if you've got something to say that anyone actually cares about...say it..
 
i cant chose, but for a different reason.

I have never liked Radiohead, but respect what theyve done.. slightly.
i liked Muse when i was young, but now they are completely ****e (and always were tbh).
 
I'm almost ashamed at myself for mildly liking Muse some time ago, because their new album is a pile of shi.t eating its own shi.t.
Can someone tell me why it's good in any way? 'Cause I need some more ridiculous fiction in my life; the Bible isn't cutting it anymore.

The banRAB do not have to sound similar to have an opinion on whos better....and for the most part, the two banRAB get compared a lot..

Wheneevr I hear it on the radio it feels like somebody's watching me or something.
When is aw radiohead perform this song live, i was drinking heavily and all of a sudden I heard this guy's voice coming from one of the stages and then i saw a bright light and then i felt like I was floating and I then there was a nicebag of pot floating around and that's all i really remeraber.
but through out all of that i remeraber the sound ofthe song :) it was like some sorta magic I guess :hphones: :usehead: Ok I'm officially wierd
 
Radiohead by far. They have grown so much since the days of Pablo Honey and are just so off the wall and creative. Muse is good but they don't have enough albums or good songs to even be in the same league IMO.
 
Pre-Black Holes Muse is one of the blandest, most uninspired and insipid prog banRAB I have ever heard in my whole life. There is little to distinguish between way more than half of the damn songs on Origin of Symmetry and Absolution, and even less in terms of substantial ideas. At least BlackHoles&Revs is slightly more interesting, but Muse fans claim the other albums are the best, so you know what, I'll go even further than the previous statement: far as I'm concerned, it's not even an opinion, it's empirical observable fact: creatively, this bland piece of unduly, sickeningly self-satisfied piffle has absolutely nothing on Yorke and Radiohead at all.

And I'm not even much of a RH fan.
 
anyone who says muse is more talented than radiohead clearly has no idea what they are talking about. playing a bunch of notes really fast and following basic song structures over and over doesn't equate to true talent. johnny greenwood has more talent in his fingernails than muse does overall. the man plays more instruments than muse has ever used collectively. and to the people worshiping bellamy for his on stage antics, Thom was doing that kind of stuff before muse even released anything... really original

anyways radiohead is endlessly better than muse or pretty much any other band out there today
