Yesterday was my first work out for spring. I told my self when it gets nicer I'd start back up. So I went to this park where the trail is like 2 and a half miles around this lake. So about 45 min per lap. I was jogging as much as I could then some speed walking. A hour and a half later I was done. After the car ride home, I stood up out the car and my thighs were stiff and sore. Now it's the second day and I want go walk/ jog again but I can barely walk fast my thighs are so sore. Should I still try to just go and walk or just skip today??
