Muscle vibration?

Kind of two questions in one here, just to see if anyone's ever heard of either of these. Don't really think I have a neuromuscular issue of some sort, but hey, who knows...
  • If I position my leg(s) in a certain way while sitting, generally with the toes on the floor, and the heel raised somewhat, my leg(s) will occasionally decide to start bouncing/twitching up and down slightly. It usually begins either involuntarily or subconsciously, but can be consciously stopped with ease. Not sure if that's entirely normal, although I suspect it is.
  • This one, I think is more unusual. Consciously, I'm a able to vibrate my hands and lower arms, in a manner fairly similar to shivering. That is, they're twitching back and forth about a centimeter or two at most, at a very rapid(Motion blur is evident; it's a lot faster than the leg issue above.) rate. The motion, I think, is done largely through the bicep and elbow muscles/tendons. That is, that portion of the arm gets tight when I'm doing it. Been able to do it as long as I can recall(Used to use it to draw jagged lines quickly as a child.). Also as long as I can recall, it usually weirds people out when they see it. :P Curious if anyone's ever heard of that either.

Thanks.
