So, i everyone i was just wonderieng if muscle spams are associated with anxiety and stress. I have had a worrying issues on my mind every since the beginning of the year. I was just wondering if extrememe stress and anxiety can cause muscle spams to occur. I can sometimes feel or even see my muscles jumping. It really has scared the crap out of me. Even when I try to relax it will still do it. Could it be something serious or is it most likely due to stress and anxiety? Please any advice would be great. I just need some opinons Im losing my mind over here!!
