I have recently started to work out, usually everyday. I am trying to build as much upperbody as I can. The goal is to get ripped. Right now I have muscle but I'd like to be more defined, and build the pecs and abs. Aside from regular workouts, I'd like to take supplements. What do you suggest? Creatine? Protein? If so, how much is the reccomended amount and all that jazz. Im about 150lbs, 5'7''.
