I am a 15 year old guy, i weigh between 97 and 100 lbs. I am about 5'1". i am skinny and in good shape but i am not very muscular. I would like to work on that.

What are some exercises i should do to develop my abs, chest, arms, and back? Also any other tips for building muscle at my age or just in general.

I cant afford a gym membership but i can get like dumbbells and other simple stuff that doesn't cost too much.

i am mainly focused on my chest, ABS( i want a six pack) and my arms.

There are tons of fitness tips on the web. Start at about.com.

Do not forget your legs. (Many home gyms include equipment to work on legs, and you can always do squats with a barbell and weights). There is this guy at my gym whose arms are as big around as my thighs (I'm female). But he never works on his legs so he looks sort of like a cartoon. Proportion is the key.

k i'm 16, 6'2, 210 lbs, started working out in 7th grade, all i do is 200 normal push ups, 50 one handed push ups (alternate hands), 1000 sit ups, and run about 5 miles every day. to start off just chart your push ups, start off with about 20 a day for a week then go to 40, then 60, and keep moving it up, you'll be strong as an ox before you realize it. also as a supplement, get "whey" it works very well to build muscle.

Based on your age and build I would say you should only engage in basic resistance training as you are probably still growing. Heavy resistance training could result in stunting your growth. Should you engage in resistance training it should be with a weight you can do for several repetitions. focus on form first and in a couple of years you could do max repetitions should you chose to train that way. Dumbbells are a good choice. Abs can be worked several ways basic crunches, leg raises, hanging crunches I mean search any fitness website and you'll have several demonstrations of effective exercises.
