I am 16 years old and have been going to the gym for three years now. I just wanted some advise on tricep and bicep growth as it seems now everything I do it takes a great deal of time for any growth to occur. I mean my arms are reasonably strong, but they dont seem to be big enough and I wanted to ask any advise on weight training in terms of number of times to use certain things, which machines/excersises are the best and are protein supplements the answer?
