Did a search and couldn't find anything...


I remember watching this film when I was younger, an never getting it (obvious reasons... :o ) but I still loved it! Last night was the first time I've managed allt he way through, and understood all the gags etc.

I have to say what a brilliant iflm! Funny, Sad, on top of birlliant portrayals of deep characters.

I cried when Muriel's Mum was at the wedding and Muriel walked ast her, and then when her Mum died :(

Have to say, brill film! :D
 
I came across this film for the first time whilst on a flight, and have to say it stanRAB up to repeated viewings, classic!
 
Indeed a great film *looks at Muriel's Wedding on video collection*. Not only it is a great comedy, it also tackles deeper, and also more important everyday issues such as cancer, suicide and sadness in a nice, proper way. :)
 
I love Muriel's Wedding! Me and my mum watch it together for a good cry.

I always found the bit when Her mum watches the tea in the microwave really sad.
 
oh yeah i cry at that scene and the one where the lawn has been burnt, and when she pinches flipflops as her shoes are worn, and missing out on the wedding

basically i cry and laugh all the way through
 
Ohhh this is one of my favourite films.
