Great film on now just starting.

BBC TWO edited out the initial violent since of breaking into the hotel. They edited out death by gun fire AND the man who got stabbed in the head. It's after 10pm why did they cut out so much of the film.

Those scenes added ALOT to the feel and emotion of the film.

Diabolical.

It's been a few years since I watched this film but I thought I remembered that sequence being longer. Shame on the BBC.

It is a really good film though. A bit underrated, I think.

It's an excellent film :D - that opening scene had to be about 10-20 minutes long and I'm shocked they cut out it all.

It showed the terrorists breaking in - and then shouting and pointing a gun to the chest of the guy holding back the front door. . . .then cut to the aftermath. Baffling.

People need to see these things.

The final hostage was so close to escaping only to try and get the others. :( Very sad in the movie - but probably not at all true in the real events.

Can't people appreciate this good quality film without seeing someone get stabbed in the head;)

If you want pure gore watch hostel - this was a political film abot the futility of terrorism and reprisals. And also how sad it is the Palestinians and Israelis - perhaps the two most outcast nations on earth cannot find a way to live together even though they have so much in common.
