Mums: How long after conception did you wait to take a pregnancy test?

sorry if this makes it sound as if i'm uneducated about all this...but what does LMP and BFP stand for exactly?

about 3 weeks with my first, I am trying for a baby for the second time and in truth I am leaving it longer than before as (a good friend pointed out to me) waiting that extra week or so will not change the outcome of the result! Whether pregnant or not the result will not change because you test early or late...hold off as long as you can and try not to think about it!

I tested 5 days before my AF was due and got a BFP using a test from the dollar tree!
