They've been there since they where born, the mummy cat too....

4 Kittens roughly 5 - 6 weeks old, we've been feeding them....

Don't mind taking care of them, any advise about them ?

Are they feral??? or would someone of elt there cat run about with these kittens??

It hard to tell if the mum is feral does she let her touch her if yes then she is not feral. As the kittens are still very young it would be possible for them to get used to being handled and found loving homes and if the mum is also friendly her to. If the cat if feral and you don't mind feeding it and having it around i would still advice getting it spayed as she will just keep having kittens which in turn with have kittens of there own. If you contact some animal rescue like Cats protection league they may help you by neutering the cat free of charge and then returning the cat to you. If you can't caught it they might also lend you a live trap. You can also help the cat and kittens by making sure they have fresh water and food.

kinda strange having some egyptian artifact lying in your garden, a mummy cat must be very interesting

JOKES but really take them to a rescue centre or take care of them

It will be hard to tell if they are feral, if they like your attention they have probably been reared by human before but preferred somewhere safer to raise her kittens. Ask around where you live and see if she belonged to anyone before.
If not then you can keep taking care of them, maybe offer them a room in your house to stay and keep warm with food and soon enough they will get use to humans an become domestic.
The mother cat will be very protective so make sure you give her space, th kittens will start weaning soon so maybe you can start feeding them small amounts of kitten food etc.
You could also take them to the vets and get them all checked out and ask advice there.
good luck
