I upgraded my receivers and I have 2 6100's and one 3100. I have a Bell multiswitch but I am not sure how to run the cables into the switch in order to provide the HD signal to the 2 HD receivers.

The switch I have has 4 outputs to receivers that is straight forward but the other end of the switch are the following inputs:

Power in 18v
LHCP 17/18v
TV ANT 40-860MHZ
RHCP 13/14v

Can anyone tell me first if I have the correct switch to run the HD signal to the 2 6100's and a signal to the 3100? If I do where do the 2 82 cables and 2 91 cables enter.

I think you have the wrong type of multiswitch. You need a sw44 switch. That doesn't sound like one to me.
here is a pic of one.

You could use the current switch you have
You will need 2 sw 21's though as well
If the switch is mounted at the dish, just fun 2 lines from 91 into the multiswitch
Then hook up your 3100 to the switch
Then, hook up 2 jumper wires to the 82 LNB
2 more jumper wires to from the switch
Then connect up 2 sw 21's
1 line from each satellite to each sw21, and then you are good to go

Looks like you bought that generic switch from Millwork. That will not work. The software of your satellite box must support the switch to be able to operate it while choosing transponders. Sw44 is the only option.

Thanks for all the help. The switch was actually purchased directly from Bell.
