I have a few questions that has been on my mind for a very long time,and i made an account on this forum juat get some answers:

•I do Parkour and Freerunning and the first day i started training i hurt my knees,ever since they hurt and if i keep them in a position for too long i have to crack them,when i bend down for a long time they hurt and crack,when i go in cold water like at the beach they hurt and when i jump from high plqces thet hurt.How can i fix this problem?
•I broke both of my arms in a period of January to May in 2008,and they havnt healed properly(or so i think) and like every two or so mins i hav to crack them,or whenever im writing i have to also,and when i land on it it hurts,or pht strain on it,the doctor said this wouldnt happej hutnit did,and in not sure but i think i have some type of arthiritis in my hands because the muscles like hurt and i have to "stretch" them.How canni solve all of this?
