The higher up you are the closest you are to the poles so the amount of sun changes more with each season
 
I would guess 45. I know it is not 0 because it is always cold there at the north pole. The number 30 is closer to that pole and the number 60 is closer to equator so they would be more likely to not change as much.

I live around 42N and I know that routinely the summers can hit 100 and the winters -20 so that seems pretty wide to me.
