like were i live we did research on were i live. we live in idaho in the mountains. So we asked neighbors who have lived there for 20 years or more what had happened. They said that they have had up to 7-9 feet of snow there and a couple of land slides but there were not that serious. we have been living here for 10 years and nothing bad has happened yet. beside 7 feet of snow.

I live in South Laguna Beach. Contrary to what MTV and other crackheads in the media suggest, there are a few non-rich people living there. Not everyone living in the area around Blue Bird Canyon are spoiled, pampered rich people who have never worked a day in their life.
I know the houses were assessed as having 7 and 8 digit values, but that is because the because of the property values along the Pacific Coast in Orange County are astronomical. Many of those homes would sell for less than a hundred thousand elsewhere.
