Where to locate the that feature in the iOS 4.3 settings?

It was part of the betas but was removed before the public release...

It was removed but there is an app on cydia that renables them.

Try googling "How to enable multitouch gestures in iOS 4.3"

The thing is that i dont have the JB iOS 4.3 on my phone, thus i dont have cydia and so i guess even after googling i will not be able to dowmload the app on my phone. I'm waiting for iOS 4.3 JB to be release for now.
