MTV's The Maxx and The Head coming out on Amazon DVD-R

The Complete Series of The Maxx and The Head, the 90's animated shows that aired on MTV, are coming out on DVD via Amazon DVD-R (the same as a lot of Nicktoons). The Maxx even has special features! Is that a first for an Amazon DVD-R? I already pre-ordered The Maxx, and will probably be getting The Head at some point.
 
This is really good news, thank you Amazon! The Maxx was an amazing show and its visuals will only work with proper picture quality.
 
I don't care about The Head, but The Maxx was a great series. I'm glad to see this one getting a DVD release. Good job, Amazon.

Now, if only MTV would release Liquid Television on DVD...
 
Sweet! I've still got the VHS release however it's the movie-edit that cuts out the ep w/ Mako...and possibly other stuff I'd forgotten.

Hopefully Disney will get on board w/ this type of distribution. I'd love to wrap up my Gargoyles collection.
 
The Maxx was a great show and I am so glad that this is finally coming out, the other show I couldn't care less about. I have been wanting to finally get my hands on The Maxx because I have a collection of comic book animated series going on here and I had always wanted to add it to my collection, now I can!
