You will need to set the correct Imei's from under the battery. You can do this using the imei tool. I tried to upload it but can't for some reason. You can do a search for it.
 
I have F035 with MTK0989 loaded. When I have contacted the seller they have mentioned that some buyers responded back saying they were able to load Windows Mobile on this device . Has anyone done it so far?
