MSN virus sending out spam?

Yes, i've been told that i have a MSN virus sending out spam, though none of my contacts have received spam since it initially started, anywho i've run countless scans, and whatnot, nothing more serious than a tracking cookie, and i have run scans in safe mode too, as well as changing my password, is it gone? or just hiding >.>
 
yes..there are spammers and hackers everywhere.
Go..get an antivirus software and scan your entire pc for malware and virus..
I'm using Kaspersky..
