MSN ON HIPTOP IS BROKEN I NEED HELP ASAP?

Hey,

My hiptop slide's msn is not working.
I log on and it says "0" contacts online, when I log on the computer there is about 50 online.

Sometimes it will log on and say there are 15 however when I try to talk to them, I wait and get no message back (im talking about 2 hours later)
I tried the @ 1 0 reset trick and pulling out the battery, still not working D=.

Please I need help ASAP

OMG!!! I'm in Australia, and the exact same thing is happening to me/ all of my friends that have hiptops too! I tried the @10 trick as well, but it didn't work. Its so annoying. I don't know who to contact though (like phone company?) to inform them to fix it, because I'm still paying for it in my plan. Its been like this for maybe a week now.
So annoying.
