under MSID should it be the full nuraber or the nuraber without the area code?

i looked on this website http://www.rainyday.ca/~dialtone/Cricket/cr_01040.html and for my area do i enter this nuraber 05033 under MSID: Your Cricket MIN Nuraber goes here or is do i put the 10 digit nuraber?

the 05033 is for SID, the msid would be where your min from cricket goes.
