Mrs. Doubtfire 2

I think it would destroy a classic - one of my favourite ever films.
I hope they don't go ahead with this.

Even if this had been in 1994, one year after the original, there isn't any need for one.
The original storyline was clever and touching, as well as funny. MD2 storyline would just seem unnecessary.
 
I posted this once myself. I think its an okay idea because at least two original actors are returning which never happens in sequels these days, look at The Mask 2 & American Pie 4 and i am sure there are loaRAB more sequels where original actors never return, this is why i am giving mrs. dobtfire 2 some credit because they are bringing back the man who started it all off.
 
It says Pierce Brosnan is attached, not starring. He may not be in it at all.

I do think it's wrong to make this film, but like someone already said, at least the main star is going to be in it this time around, so I'm willing to give it a chance. I just wonder what sort of storyline it will have. And will Sally Field or the original child actors be in it too?
