t1,t2, and t2 fat suppression sagittal scans along with t1 and t2 axial scans from l2-3 through l5-s1 were made prior to contrast. t2 coronal images were obtained. t1 fat suppression sagittal scans and t1 axial scans with and without fat suppression were made post omniscan contrast. the tip of the conus medullaris is visualized at the t12-l-1 disc level paraspinal musculature and the visualized retroperitoneum are normal. what does all this mean? I dont understand it at all?
