Most likely this problem cannot be solved with medication. You will need to see a doctor who specializes in the spine to help you.

Orthopaedic prescribed Neuroday-H one daily,Gabamax SR-75mg-one daily and physio theraphy--TENSE.Is it proper to relief from pain.

Impression:-
Disc dessication at D2-L1,L4-L5&L5-S1 levels
Disc protrusion causing secondary spinal canal&bilateral neutral foramina narrowing thecal compression at L4-L5 level.
Mild diffuse disc bulge atL5-S1 level.

Dessication means the disc is drying up at L1, L4-5 and L5-S1. At the L4-5 level there is a bulging disc putting pressure on the spinal canal, and that same disc bulge is putting pressure on the openings where the nerves come into the area.

I am assuming this is what you want since you didn't ask any questions. If there is more you need, please post with more information and keep in mind that this is just a general impression and not exact.

orthopaedic prescribes GABAMAX-SR 75&NUERODAY-H one daily each.are these medicines helpful to treat this problem.patient is gaining temperature to 100F.I am worried.

None of us is a medical doctor, so it would not be prudent to say whether those medications are appropriate, or not.

Often the first line of treatment is to provide a bit of pain relief so that the patient is able to participate in physical therapy. (at least here in the US. I am not familiar with treatment protocols in India.)

I do not think the temperature of 100F is related to the issues reported in the MRI.

I am not qualified to tell you what you should do. I don't know what doctors are available to you, but if you can see one who specializes in the spine, he can advise you.

please tell me the problem may be solved by medication only as I can not understand the negative side of MRI
