MRI info needed...

Hello, i was looking for some help on whats going on with me, alot of neurological problems especially severe burning feet, im trying to get to bottem of.

So I got an MRI of my lurabar basically my last disc has two bulges, weird. anyways

l5-s1 left lateral disc bulge resulting in mild left-sided neural foraminal narrowing. Disc is seen encroaching upon the exiting left L5 nerve root.

Posterior disc bulge also abuts the transversing S1 nerve roots bilaterally.

SounRAB like the disc is completely shot, so is there anything extremely bad about this that could cause burning feet, twiching left calf and leg.

What does your dr. recommend be done? If he is talking surgery, please get a second opinion just to be sure there aren't other options.

I havnt talked to my docter i picked up the disc at the hospital i think the problem is its going outside of my vertrate and hitting the nerve above it from what i can find. Im sure he will tell me its normal, or waste of time physio
