mri from ER last night can someone please explain the results?!

Moderate sized L4-L5 disc protrusionwith resultant central canal narrowing and borderline bilateral neuroforaminal narrowing. Mild facet arthrosis L4-L5 level. unremarkableconus termination at the T12-L1 level... thanks so much
 
The beginning of Degenerative Disc Disease. If you can, stay away from surgery as long as you can. PT helps a lot at this stage and an epidural.

MRI results have to be considered in conjunction with your symptoms. Many people would have MRI findings of abnormalities but may not be experiencing any symptoms.

What led you to get the MRI? What symptoms are you experiencing?
