...OK,
to know what what is your problem, first connect your phone with the service cable (C55 serial cable,DCA500 or DCA510 modifyed) to papuautils, try to enter in Service mode and post here what appeair in the right windows of papua software.
S-Gold phones make bip on startup if:
- corrupted eeprom fields. This problem is solved with "Format FFS" function.
- not unlocked phone after fullflash (or flashing included bootcore). This is solved by unlocking phone with calculated SKEY and BKEY keys, or with testpoint.
- wrong connections between CPU ( Dialog chip or Flash chip)and PCB pads (hardware problem). This is solved by rehoting CPU, Dialog or Flash chip.
That is...

cf75 siemens software problem..i want to fullflash this phone..use papua and teach me how...

...this is the papua message if not realise connection with your phone.
To enter in service mode, you need to have service cable (not data cable), like C55 serial cable, serial DCA500 or USB to serial cable DCA510 modifyed (insert two 10Kohms resistors beetwen pin5 -> pin2 and pin7 -> pin2 on the Lumberg connector).
Download from http://rapidshare.com/files/44149250/Service_cable.rar schematics from the our Siemens cables.
Try the other trick. Connect your phone using service cable, open X65Flasher (if not have, download from http://chaos.allsiemens.com/software.html ), select COMM port and " Testpoint" option, make testpoint (connect to the ground - with diode - testpoint presented on http://papuas.allsiemens.com/TP_CF75.jpg ), click on "Connect" , disconnect quicly the testpoint (three secconds you have) and see if on the window appeair "Siemens CF75 Flash ID: 0089 880D". If not, remain only possibility to have the hardware problems...
If appeair, fullflash your phone with the lower firmware version and unlock it after with papuautils.

I'm unearthing this thread with a similar problem, in this case a dead S68 I bought on eBay.

It shows the same symptom as navistar's CF75: the only thing it does when I try to power it on is a short beep.

My cable is adequate for flashing, since I successfully used it to revive an E71. I already obtained and calculated ESN, Hash, SKey and BKey, and made a FuBu using x65flasher. So, I don't think I need to do a TP.

In Papuas, when I click "Service Mode" and press the red key, it shows this:
Code:
Boot in "Service mode"...
Press RED key (Power ON)!
Auto Ignition...
Transfer boot...
Boot in "Service mode" Ok
Awaiting Power On phone...
No answer on Ping
The phone's screen lights up and shows "Service Mode", but Papuas can never do anything with it, it always says it can't find the phone.

Clicking "Normal Mode" gives this:
Code:
Boot in "Normal mode"...
Press RED key (Power ON)!
Auto Ignition...
Transfer boot...
Boot in "Normal mode" Ok
Awaiting Power On phone...
Phone was switched off on error:
ExitCode: 0x0207
FILE:
fmexecc
Checksum: 0x9376
ExitType: Exit
CPSR: 0x6000001F
CepId: 0x46FF
ExitString:
FFS_0
, together with the short beep.

WinSwup can find the phone and reports a successful FW transfer, but the phone still beeps and doesn't respond to Papuas.

Is there any hope of recovering this phone without messing with the IC's, or it's just a nice-looking paperweight? Thanks!

...you need to repair the bootcore area. Try to recover using the Flash menu from papuautils. Just check only Pause, ?????OTP and all from Recalculate keys. Click on Do the Job! and push shortly power button. If give to you error, remain only to initialyse with testpoint. That is.
