MP4 to FLV conversion error?

Trying to convert MP4 to FLV, the converter says an error happened in the conversion process, but later it says “conversion finished”, why would it happen?
 
There might be a problem with your Video Converter Software. If I were you, I would download other video converters from internet and use them to convert MP4 to FLV. I suggest you to use Any Video Converter which you can get free here. http://www.any-video-converter.com/products/for_video_free/
