MP3 music downloads?

WHERE can I purchase music in MP3 format?

I've tried tons of converters & they don't work & are nothing but a pain in the butt, so please don't answer me with that suggestion. All I want to know is where I can purchase & download MP3 music files.

I would really appreciate the help/info.
 
amazon.com has MP3 downloads, and they are DRM free. I tried it yesterday and the downloaded album worked great on my TX with a purchased copy of Pocket Tunes.

Is a great converter and it works to take just about any format (DRM free) and convert to MP3 and others.

It also includes Video conversion and at $50 it may not be considered a steal but I've had great support and can't complain - once I learned the power of the program - I'm cutting and splicing like there is not tomorrow and then convert to MP3 for ringtones etc.
 
none of my files are DRM free, so none of these converters work for me, like I said before, I am not interested in converting, just want to know where I can buy mp3 files.
 
Mostly.... to be honest my Girlfriend it the really limewire expert. She likes to surprise me with new ringtones and music for my iphone. I will have to ask her.
