MP3, FM Radio, PDA, GPS

Does anyone know if there is a GSM phone out there that has the following in order of importance:
MP3, FM Radio, PDA, GPS, video.

Doesn't really have to be a robust PDA, but something that I can put entries into a calendar and also sync to Outlook (just address, calendar and possibly tasks). Don't need email, internet/wifi or any data related things.

Also would like it to have expandable memory (preferably SD cards, but will go with Duo Pro as well).
 
I should clarify a little more:
Must have - MP3, FM Radio, PDA (sync to outlook), expandable memory, GSM
Nice to have - GPS, video, call quality
Doesn't really matter - camera, thumbpad

I just saw that today while surfing around.... what a sweet phone!
Unfortunately, I can't afford it right now though

Guess I have to either wait until it comes down in price or settle for something that doesn't have everything that I want...
 
Another option if you dont mind no GPS and only a numeric keypad is the Nokia N70, but you have too use their crummy headphones. It has PDA capabilities and can sync with outlook via Nokia PC suite.
