Moving to Leicester...Financial Help!?

Hello I am moving to Leicester in 2-3 weeks and I just wanted to know, how much it costs to live there. For example, how much is council tax? And how much for gas, water and electricity per month. We will be renting a 1 bedroom flat/apartment.

Is 300 including rent or just bills alone?
 
It wont vary a lot from anywhere else in the UK for the same type of property for council tax. The other services will be the same, depending on what you use, if you are metered for water.

£300 a month should be about right for the lot. Unless you are extravagant
