Moving, Roomates, School....HELP!!!?

Okay so me and my girlfriend moved in with my best friend and her boyfriend. We all sort of clash with eachother a bit but nothing unusual. We have lived in the house for maybe five months and now the two roommates are talking very seriously about moving because they hate this town. I am pretty sure we don't have lease its more just whenever we decide to leave we can. The problem is me and my girlfriend, well really just me, arent ready to move yet. We pay very cheap rent, cheaper than anywhere else because I grew up babysitting for the landlord. The college here is the only one around that offers the program I need and at a very cheap price. Plus finding a new place would be hell with the three animals me an my girlfriend have. So what am I supposed to do??? I can't make them stay, but I know nobody else who could move in with us and paying new deposites and stuff would be very hard since we have zero money at all! And probably wont get our deposit back. What do i do???? Its so frustrating. I literally can't leave the area other wise I just have to stop going to school which would cause some issues between me and my mother who pays for it and expects me to go. Financially I can't afford to move out, but I can't afford not to either. They can't leave or we are screwed unless I pick up a third job, but I can't make them stay
