Im turning 16 soon, am almost done with school (yay for alternative schools and online classes haha). Well both of my parents have said I can move out when I am sixteen. My dad is willing to help a little but my mom doesn't have the money to help which is okay.
I just want a list of expenses that you need.
I already have:
-Rent
-Furniture (couch, bed, etc.
-Grocery's
-Cellphone bill
-Gas money

I just want to know if I am missing anything. Also, do apartments/houses you rent come with washer dryer and a fridge?
It's not just going to be me living there, one other person is going to be with me.

you can not legally sign a lease or get utlities in your name until you are 18 ad you will also need a full time job that pays at least 3 times your monthly rent in order to be able to afford everything

and I don't see how a 16 yr old with no advanced education or job training is gong to find a full time job that pays enough to live on your own - especially when you are competing with millions of experienced unemployed workers

maybe you should be thinking of furthering your education or getting some job training first

don't forget utilities, internet, car payment, car insurance - extremely expensive for a 16 yr old not on their parent's insurance-which you won;t be allowed to be if you live on your own - you might not even be able to get car insurance and what about even getting your drivers license - some states require 50 or more hours of practice driving WITH a licensed diver before you get your license

very few apts some with washer dryer - expect to have to pay for that - coin operated-share with other tenants or go to teh laundromat

You'll still need clothes.

With most apartments you have to pay for some utilities

Anything for entertainment?

Dishes, pots and pans, towels, sheets, soap, mop, vacuum cleaner if there's carpet, toothpaste
Toaster, microwave

You mention gas money. How about car insurance, maintenance, repairs

If they have a washer and drier they're often coin-op - check before renting. Some apartments come with major appliances like fridge and stove
