...month contract. Any advice pls? Hi, i am with virgin media services for tv, bb, and telephone. my boyf is also on same packages as me and we are both inside a 12 month contract. I am due to move in with him as soon as my tenancy ends in a few months time but i am worried we are going to end up paying a huge bill to virgin as i have been told that they can make us pay up til the end of the 12 months contract. I wanted to call them and upgrade the basic services that my boyf has, and cancel mine at my house, but i have been told they wont accept this and i will have to pay the full amount and then upgrade later. Can anyone advise me on this pls?

so we have to pay for 2 services but only recieve 1? what if i want to take services with me to new address? why cant virgin supply 2 accounts to same address? we could have one in bedroom and the other in the room, then at least if i pay for a service i am getting it lol
why cant we have 2 accounts at the house? i mean, why cant they just do add a second line to the house, use that 2nd line to feed the broadband and the 2nd box? if ive got to pay for it all twice then i want twice the service unless its physically impossible to do so, which i dont see how it can be as you can get a 2nd line and box added to services, like BT do. (i know bt is not virgin etc) but other than that, it seems unfair that i am paying for 2 services and but virgin can not supply 2 services, i know its not virgins fault that i am moving but its not my fault either that i am moving and paying for a service i am not getting. I cant afford to pay for 2 services but if im made to then i want to recieve them both unless it is physically impossible to do so lol
