Movies you pray never see the light of day

There was a lot of talk of that just after the original came out. Unfortunalty, that also coincided with Columbine and other incidents.

If they'd been able to make it then, it might have worked if they'd have been able to afford thew right cast. There was a lot of young stars around at the time, from things like Dawson's Creek, Buffy, American Pie etc.... It would have been very interesting.

Not just Asia, but anywhere else. A while ago there was a hilarious French film called Les Visiteurs which was remade for the American market as Just Visiting and the remake was fairly dire which is a shame as the lead actors in the original reprised their roles in the remake

battle royale - you'd actually be surprised how dulled down the movie is compared to the original manga, but it still works. america would just slaughter it.

anyways, i agree that asia should be left alone. there were rumours that zac efron would star in a death note remake.

THAT KID IS TAKING OVER.

I agree. They should put Spidey on the shelf for a few years. It's too soon. Same with the planned Fantastic 4 reboot, which I have absolutely no desire to see.

There's a Hollywood remake of the Swedish film 'Let The Right One In' in production. Somehow I cannot see this surpassing the original.

But nowadays you can just imagine how they'd change it. :( The original characters would be too young to die, of course, so they'd be older. Next thing you know, it's another teen slasher and the message is lost.
