Movies to make you think

Ok, I saw something similar for books.

Anyway, I'm a guy who's not seen many movies at all - Wallace and Gromit will be the first in like a year! I've not seen a lot, so what movies do you suggest - I like movies which are easy going, and though provoking. Bruce Almighty was a good comedy which was rather thought provoking to me.

Any suggestions? DVD or in cinema...

You should watch Butterfly Effect with Ashton Kutcher.
The storyline is amazing - and I guarantee you'll still be realising different bits for days after.

oh i loveee films that make you think...

when i get the "lightbulb" moment it just makes them even better!
 
I really like the Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind with Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet. It makes you think quite a lot about relationships but IMO avoiRAB sentimentality and cliche.
Give it a try!
