Movies that turn your stomach....

I made the mistake of turning on to the Zone Horror channel last night and catching "I Spit on Your Grave". Never before have I ever felt so uncomfortable watching a film. The rape scenes at the beginning are shocking.

Any others that have made you physically turn off?

I almost walked out of Irreversible, the rape scene in that was extremely uncomfortable and I had to look away mostly cos it turned my stomach.

I also had to switch off Freddy got fingered cos that turned my stomach too

What were you expecting from a movie called "I Spit on Your Grave"? Drawing room comedy?
The most horrific things about it are the acting and the amdram production values.

Any film/ programme that has torture scenes in it.

I few months ago, I flicked channels in time to see a woman's mouth held open by a cage and a man drilling away a tooth.
Couldn't stomach that!

When i was at Uni, ahousemate was watching a film where spiders were eating a dead man.

I have never seen anything so sickening , i had to leave the room before i was ill.

Despite already seeing it twice I actually vomited when I watched Day Of The Dead (1986) a few months ago  :o The scene where the Zombies pull that soldiers torso from the rest of his body!

It was either that or the bottle of wine I had just consumed :D

HD

The scene in The Hills Have Eyes where the family are being attacked and their daughter is being raped in the caravan really disturbed me.
Also in 28 weeks later when Robert Carlyle pokes his wifes eyes out with his fingers made me squirm.

Nil by Mounth - there's a scene where Kathy Bates character gets badly beaten up, it's extremely violent and I cannot watch it.

Also in Qequiem for a Dream, there's a scene with the 2 gilrs and I found it so disturbing.

any kind of violence or cruelty is hard to stomach.

I have some kind of oral fixation; things being put into mouths bother me. For example, there's a lot of stuff in The Cook, The Thief, His Wife and Her Lover but the only bit which got to me is when the boy is being force-fed buttons off his jacket. (When they run out of jacket-buttons they cut out his belly-button, but I didn't need to wait for that.)

I have a simmilar thing to this. I cant stand seing guns being put in mouths, even if I've seen the film before and I know it wont go off, I still can't watch! Fight Club was a nightmare...
