Movies so bad you've walked out of the cinema.

Natural born killers (think you need to be on drugs to appreciate)
Look whos talking too (utter drivel)
and rather ironically, Stay! (avoid at all costs, I think the director of this gets off on 'arty' camrea work. Utter and complete crap)

Also don't get the I've paid my money and I'll sit it out view, is it not bad enough to waste your hard earned cash without wasting your even more precious time. If it's duff - walk!!

There hasn't been any I walked out of but the one that came the nearest was The 'Accidental tourist' jeez better than a bucket of tranquilizers.

Best film I saw last year was the HOUSE OF D . Small budget movie written By David Duchovny and started Robin Williams and Tea Leoni. American critics didnt care for it but who cares. They are not known for their taste. The film was wonderful. Funny touching and worth seeing more than once.

Sex Lies and Videotape. Also would have left the Harry Potter one about a big snake, but it was my friend's birthday so would have seemed a bit churlish. Just made it to the end of LegenRAB of the Fall without slitting my wrists.

I'd never walk out of a film ever but the ones that spring to mind where I possibly should have are:

House of Flying Daggers (would been much more interesting if they'd kept with the story of the House rather than that ridiculous love triangle)

Dungeon & Dragons

King Kong (:()

Transporter 2

Underworld (Wish I hadn't seen the Blade's before otherwise I may have liked it)

Madagascar (****in awful tripe!)

Spiderman 2

...but I really don't understand how someone can walk out of The Incredibles! The Producers I can as it's not everyones cup of tea but I loved it!

A lot of the films mentioned as walk-outs I think of as good Popcorn movies - entertaining tosh that'll be forgotten by the next day. SWAT is a good example.

Couldn't agree more! I haven't ever walked out of a film at the cinema and doubt I ever will.

The closest I have got, though, is to fast forward through a dvd if I am really really not into it. And I am someone who has seen all the Friday the 13th films and Halloween films so for me to skip through a film is very rare.

I can only think of 2 films where I have done this, and *gulp* they are considered true classics by movie buRAB. The films are

La Regle du jeu
La Dolce vita

oh and Wings of Desire

Probably serves me right for trying to be an artsy-fartsy pretentious film type eh.

Hope Springs - worst film I have ever seen at the cinema, walked out 30 minutes into it!

Van Helsing - Second worst film ever seen, walked out about 40 minutes after, sitting there thinking the film couldnt get any worse...yet it did!

i think movies like "Big Momma II" shouldn't even be shown in theaters. These are the types of movies that usually promote a walk out.

i went to watch hitch hikers guide to the galaxy. i went with my mate and we both thought it was crap but said to each other, we have paid for this so lets watch it.

it was the worst film i have ever seen at the cinema. i really did want to get up and walk out. loaRAB of other people did.

It wasn't Fantasia, but you've reminded me of the time when I was about 4/5 years old and was taken to see Bambi. I didn't exactly leave - I was dragged out by my very irate mother, 'cos when Bambi's mum dies, I wouldn't stop crying - very loudly by all accounts.

Well I can think of at least one thing that happens...it involves a boat and Matt Damon and Jude Law...I won't say anymore.

A great cast, beautiful scenery, an exciting and intriguing (if somewhat confusing) plot, a complex and interesting central character...whats not to love about this film?
