Movies Frequently on TV

The Deer Hunter has been shown quite a few times over the past few years, which I'm really pleased about.

I thought at the time of its release that it was much better than Apocalypse Now as an anti-war movie and I'm pleased time seems to have proven me right.

Theres what I would consider to be an incredible amount of disney films being shown on itv3 these days over the weekend considering that I thought that was meant to be a mens channel.
And the thing with putting the so called xmas disney films on like plly anna or railway children it means then when xmas of Easter comes which was when you would normally have seen those sort of films for the one and only time of the year you just look at the schedule and think bloody hell not again, lets see what I've got on dvd.

Theres been movies on fiveusa in the afternoons for as long as I can remember.
Now that really is a channel that know how to regergetate movies. Don't worry if you miss anything the first month I'm sure you'll be able to see it again at least twice the following month.
Or maybe the films in the evening will be on a bit less frequently but cos of what they're advertising I can see them having a set number that will keep rearing their faces, and be taking their turns on five as well.

Silence of the Lambs for sure.
Shaun of the Dead.
Usual Suspects has been on every night now for about two weeks.
The Bone Collector.
Anything with Steven Seagull in, but I should imagine there's plenty of his films to show since he must be making about 6 a week. Caught the end of one the other week, OMG, total trash and yet so un-entertaining.

Die Hard's butchering always made me weep. Robocop was another hilarious example of 11pm family friendly editing. It's just not the same without Toxic waste guy! :D

Looking at the schedules it's back for more.

Yes, and the scene where a shop is being robbed and they dubbed the robbers dialogue from "f**k me!" to, "Why me? Why me? Why me?" Ridiculous!

Virgin1 screened it uncut and undubbed last week.
