The beginning of the movie had two guys driving a car and all of a sudden a cop car is trying to pull them over. They talk about trying to lose him when their car transforms to have jets on it to speed away. Then all of a sudden the cop car has jets on his car too. And all the cop wanted to do was warn them about running a stop sign in town.
I don't remember much after that. There was something about pig people or monsters. I think there was a junkyard. I think the movie was made in the 90's.
